Consultation and Site Visit

The consultation is the most important process in the design phase. It consist of two parts: The Initial Visit and The Follow-Up. In the initial visit, Ashley meets with the potential client to become familiar with his or her personality, lifestyle, preferences and intentions. The follow-up is a letter addressing key elements for potential design & planting plans, a rough cost estimate and timeline for implementation.

Design and Planting Plans

Design and planting plans are provided to illustrate the placement and selection of specific plant materials within the context of their surroundings. The plans are custom designed to illustrate the critical elements of the site, tailored to meet the individual needs and location requirements. Costs vary depending on size and scope of the project.

Installation, Maintenance & Follow-Up

After details of the plan are finalized, the installation begins. All plant materials are hand selected, ordered and delivered to the client. Ashley collaborates with landscape contractors and nursery professionals to oversee all work to project completion. Routine correspondences and site visits are made to ensure complete satisfaction.
